That depends on your goals and what Logan programs for you. Most clients train at commercial gyms with standard equipment. During your consultation, Logan will ask about what you have access to and build programming that works. No fancy gear required.

You and Logan connect on Zoom. Position your phone or tablet so Logan can see your form during exercises. He coaches you in real time, cueing adjustments mid-set. It works whether you’re at home, a commercial gym, or anywhere with internet.

Yes, when done right. Real-time video allows Logan to see your form and cue corrections the same way he would in person. The key difference is no physical spotting or hands-on adjustments. But form feedback, programming, intensity management, and accountability are all there.

That works perfectly. Many clients take Zoom calls from their gym. Set up your device at a good angle and train normally. The coaching quality doesn’t change regardless of your training environment.

Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes depending on your program and goals. Logan structures each session with coaching through the main exercises and time for nutrition or form discussion. Session length is determined during your consultation.

Just Zoom, which is free. You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and a decent internet connection. Logan sends you the link before each session.
