ASSESSMENT & CUSTOM BUILD
Logan evaluates your starting point and builds your initial program based on your specific goals, available equipment, and weekly schedule. You get the plan within a few days.

TRAIN, FILM, CHECK IN
You train independently, film key movements, and meet Logan weekly on Zoom to review the week, adjust the program, and talk nutrition. The plan evolves with you.
QUESTIONS
Virtual coaching is a live Zoom session — Logan watches and coaches you in real time during your workout. Online programming is a custom-built plan you train independently, with filmed movement review when you record key lifts and a standing weekly Zoom check-in to review the week, adjust your program, and talk nutrition. Same coach, different format.
Whatever you have access to. Logan builds your program around your equipment — whether that’s a fully outfitted home gym, a commercial gym membership, a hotel gym, or a garage with limited gear. During the consultation we’ll talk through what you have and what you can realistically add.
When you film key lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses, or anything you want feedback on), you upload the video to a shared folder or send it directly. Logan reviews it and sends back specific technical coaching — what’s working, what to adjust, what cues to focus on next session. It’s the same form correction you’d get in person, just delivered async.
A 20-30 minute call to review the previous week of training, talk through what’s working and what isn’t, adjust the program for the week ahead, answer nutrition or supplementation questions, and plan for upcoming events. Weekly is preferred — we can flex if a week doesn’t work.
Programs are reviewed during every weekly check-in and updated as needed — sometimes that’s small tweaks, sometimes a full new training block. There’s no fixed cycle. The plan evolves based on your progress, your recovery, your schedule, and your goals.
Absolutely. Many clients move between formats as their life changes — adding live virtual sessions when they want more direct coaching, switching to in-person if they’re local to Sanger, or moving to online when their schedule tightens up. Same coach, same approach, different delivery.
